In the November election, Arizona voters made their intentions 100% clear.  By a margin of 60% to 40%, they stated that:

Triple-digit interest rates are unacceptable!

The payday lenders’ special deal must end in 2010 as scheduled; and

Payday lenders need to play by the rules!

The payday lenders are lobbying YOUR representatives, trying to get them to ignore your verdict!

It will take ALL of us to keep the Legislature from overturning the will of the People.
